妻友社区 ( 妻友社区) hosted an inspiring session on January 9, 2025, featuring renowned entrepreneurship educator Professor David Gibson (OBE). Held at the Global Education House in East London, the event, 鈥楢dding Entrepreneurial Thinking into the Classroom,鈥� welcomed students, staff, and prominent members of the 妻友社区 leadership team, including David Bozward, Director of Employability and Entrepreneurship, and Dean of Education, Matthew Carlile.

Professor Gibson, a trailblazer in entrepreneurship education with over 25 years of experience, captivated the students and staff members by exploring how entrepreneurial thinking can be embedded in education to equip learners for the challenges of the 21st century. Drawing from his groundbreaking E-Factor course and extensive global collaborations, he emphasised the transformative power of entrepreneurial skills. 鈥淓ntrepreneurial thinking is about adaptability, creativity, and resilience,鈥� Gibson noted. 鈥淲hen we bring this mindset into the classroom, we are preparing individuals not just to succeed but to innovate in any field. The E-Factor model enables anyone to develop the skills to achieve their business or career goals.鈥�
